Star Wars in ASCII! :D

Just came across this.. Windows has its own integrated version of Star Wars Episode IV in ASCII! This works on every Windows device with no exception whatsoever!

To watch the movie, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Start menu.

2. Select “Run”

3. Type in- cmd

4. The Windows command prompt should open at that instant. Then simply copy and paste the following line into your command prompt window:

telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

5. Press Enter.

6. Enjoy! 😀

Note: Windows 7 users may experience a certain problem using the “telnet” command. This is because the telnet service is originally not activated in Windows 7. However, there is no reason to be sad, it will still work properly with a few tweaks!

To enable Telnet, go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows Features on or off, then select both Telnet tick boxes. Switching them may take a little time though.

Please feel free to leave your feedback in the comments box, and I will get back to you as soon as possible! 🙂
